Myrna Mackenzie is a self-proclaimed "student of all things that concern women and their relationships." An award-winning author of over 30 novels, Myrna lives in the Chicago area and spends her days writing, drinking lots of coffee and thinking about one day taking up running, gardening, ballroom dancing and interior design (although she has no talent for any of those things). Lately, she has been pondering taking up knitting again and loves reading knitting blogs.

Her May 2008 Harlequin Romance, titled THE HEIR'S CONVENIENT WIFE, is part of The Wedding Planners series she and fellow writers Linda Goodnight, Melissa James, Shirley Jump, Melissa McClone and Susan Meier created.
